Every instructor at Fierce Fit Studio holds a general group fitness instructor certification as well as specialized certifications or licenses in each format they teach.
We also have super cool personalities and a sweet sense of humor.

Stephanie Carr
Steph C grew up in the Corbin area (LCHS grad) playing basketball and running cross country. Then during her senior year at Morehead State University, she found her true fitness passion: Zumba. During a time of anxiety, depression, and all the things having her thinking that she wouldn't survive it all, her roommate took the Zumba instructor training and invited her to a class. That was it. Steph C was hooked. Fast forward 5 years and she finally got the courage to take the instructor training herself, set on becoming the light for others that her roommate/instructor was for her during what she felt was the worst time in her life. Once in the fitness industry, she became a mom and realized the true meaning of "needing some me time" haha. For Steph C, teaching classes was still that release she needed from every day life. But now, it was also the way she wanted to teach her daughter all the things about life that it took Steph forever to learn. That YOU are strong, beautiful, and fierce as a mother. Steph then branched out to Aqua Zumba, Yoga, Zumba Gold, and Barre. She found herself needing all the trainings to become the best instructor she could be for her students. Now she's the owner of her very own fitness studio and determined to create a space for all fitness levels, all shapes and sizes, and people at all points of their fitness journey to come find themselves in a way they never knew they needed.

Stephanie Moses
Meet Steph Moses! She has loved dancing and group fitness since high school where she was part of JROTC, Track, and Cross Country.
After having her daughter, she was looking for a program to get back into the swing of things. This came in the form of Zumba led by the fabulous Steph Carr. Community is very important to her so when she had the opportunity to pursue leading group fitness, she took it.
Zumba then grew to include Strong Nation, Zumba Step, Zumba Gold, indoor cycle, and rounded off with a group fitness certification. She is passionate about encouraging others to pursue their fitness goals and building a strong community.
