Zumba

The fitness class disguised as a party!

Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise! Looking for a low-impact version? Check out Zumba Gold!

Strong Nation

Your new favorite HIIT class!

STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Fierce Strength

One more rep won't KILL you!

Build muscle and sculpt your body in this powerful workout using dumbbells and whatever else your FIERCE instructor throws at you. Available in Express (30 minute) and full-length classes.

Yoga for Beginners

Let's just stretch and relax!

Yoga for Beginners is the most laid-back Yoga class you'll ever attend. No religious connotations here. IT'S. JUST. STRETCHING. We talk, we make jokes, and we stretch all the way out. The only goal of Yoga for Beginners is to leave the class feeling mentally and physically better than when you walked in. It's a slower paced class where we're learning the poses, proper form, and just trying to get that tiny bit of relaxation we need.

Need something a little quicker paced and a little more challenging? Try the Yoga Express (30 minute) class!

Chair Yoga

No up and down from the floor. Just stretching in the chair.

Chair Yoga is ideal for seniors and anyone with physical limitations, but EVERYONE can benefit from this class. Unlike a traditional Yoga class, we're not getting down in the floor, so there's no worry of not being able to get back up again. This class focuses on keeping you moving and improving your mobility, all while sitting in a chair.

Zumba Step

It's your favorite dance fitness class...only we added a STEP.

Zumba Step is a new spin on your favorite latin-based dance fitness class, combined step aerobics to create a lower-body workout that focuses on toning and strengthening your legs, glutes, hips, and core.

Barre

Channel your inner ballerina and embrace the SHAKE.

Barre class is the perfect mix of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet-inspired moves that will tone your body in ways you've never seen before. It's also beginner friendly! You'll leave class feeling STRONG and maybe cussing your Barretender (instructor) just a little bit. This class uses light weights and fun toys like resistance bands, pilates rings, gliding discs, and the Bender Ball. Available in Express (30 minute) and full-length classes.

Step

A staple in the group fitness industry since the 80's. Because it works.

Step aerobics is a cardio workout that involves stepping up, down, and around a raised platform to increase your heart rate and strengthen your muscles. It's a classic exercise that can help you lose or maintain weight, improve your balance and heart health, and build strength.

Power Yoga Express

Let's stretch & tone!

Power Yoga. Sounds scary, but it’s totally not!

We’re still just stretching - and modifications are offered for all fitness levels - but we’re focusing on the strength and toning side of Yoga. For 30 minutes, we’ll move our bodies through a series of poses that challenge balance, upper body, lower body, and core strength. It‘s a little quicker pace than the Beginner class, but EVERY BODY and everybody can benefit. We’ll use our bodyweight and sometimes chairs and dumbbells, but mostly bodyweight. You’ll leave feeling POWERFUL, but also not super sweaty. So it’s perfect for a lunchtime class.

Vinyasa Flow

Time to go with the flow, y'all!

Want to work up a sweat, improve mobility, and tone that body? Sounds like Vinyasa Flow might be your jam.

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. So think inhale one move, exhale to the next, flowing through each pose like you're made of water. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

Release of Liability:

 

I understand that I am participating in training, programs, exercises, workshops, and classes offered by Fierce Fit Studio in Corbin, Kentucky.

 

Participants do so at their own risk. Fierce Fit Studio, Stephanie Carr, and any instructor teaching at Fierce Fit Studio accept no liability resulting from this exercise program.

 

I understand that services offered today and in the future are not substitute for medical care and that any information provided by Fierce Fit Studio is for educational purposes only and is not diagnostically prescriptive in nature. 

I understand that is is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any Fitness Program. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical fitness activities.

I release Fierce Fit Studio, Stephanie Carr (owner), and all Fierce Fit Studio instructors from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of the fitness service I, or my child, elected to receive.  I consent to have fitness services of my choice applied. I release and hold Fierce Fit Studio, Stephanie Carr, and all Fierce Fit Studio instructors harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) that I might incur as a result of the service provided today and in the future.  I understand that additional treatments may be recommended and/or necessary for maintenance. I consent that I do not have any medical restrictions and/or have been released by a physician to participate in sessions.

 

Late Cancel & No-Show Policy:

 

No refunds will be given for clients (membership holders or drop-ins) that sign-up and don't show up to the class or who cancel an hour or less before the class is scheduled to begin. Membership holders will be charged a fee of $7 in the instance of a late cancel or no-show. After 3 documented no-shows, you will be removed from any class you are signed up for and will not be able to reserve your spot in a class for one month. After that month is up, you will be able to sign up for classes. This does NOT cancel your membership and you will NOT receive a refund on any fees (membership or single class fees) associated with no-shows.

 

Memberships may be cancelled at anytime over the phone, in studio, by email, or on the ClassFit app. Cancellations must take place within 48 hours before your next billing date. Refunds will not be given for memberships.

 

Media Release:

 

I GRANT PERMISSION to Fierce Fit Studio, Stephanie Carr, and Fierce Fit Studio instructors to use my image to promote or publicize Fierce Fit Studio sponsored events including, but not limited to, the use of videos, brochures, advertising, newsletters, websites, social media, and other general publications.

I waive all rights to compensation for these photographs, regardless of how they are displayed. I further waive any right to inspect or pre-approve the manner in which the photographs or accompanying material appears in printed or electronic form.

Being photographed or featured in video form is not a requirement of Fierce Fit Studio. You may choose to decline being photographed or featured in video form at any time. Fierce Fit Studio will only use photographs and videos to promote and assist in the growth of the business.
