Zumba
The fitness class disguised as a party!
Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise! Looking for a low-impact version? Check out Zumba Gold!
Strong Nation
Your new favorite HIIT class!
STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Chair Yoga
No up and down from the floor. Just stretching in the chair.
Chair Yoga is ideal for seniors and anyone with physical limitations, but EVERYONE can benefit from this class. Unlike a traditional Yoga class, we're not getting down in the floor, so there's no worry of not being able to get back up again. This class focuses on keeping you moving and improving your mobility, all while sitting in a chair.
Fierce Strength
One more rep won't KILL you!
Build muscle and sculpt your body in this powerful workout using dumbbells and whatever else your FIERCE instructor throws at you. Available in Express (30 minute) and full-length classes.
Yoga for Beginners
Let's just stretch and relax!
Yoga for Beginners is the most laid-back Yoga class you'll ever attend. No religious connotations here. IT'S. JUST. STRETCHING. We talk, we make jokes, and we stretch all the way out. The only goal of Yoga for Beginners is to leave the class feeling mentally and physically better than when you walked in. It's a slower paced class where we're learning the poses, proper form, and just trying to get that tiny bit of relaxation we need.

Barre
Channel your inner ballerina and embrace the SHAKE.
Barre class is the perfect mix of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet-inspired moves that will tone your body in ways you've never seen before. It's also beginner friendly! You'll leave class feeling STRONG and maybe cussing your Barretender (instructor) just a little bit. This class uses light weights and fun toys like resistance bands, pilates rings, gliding discs, and the Bender Ball. Available in Express (30 minute) and full-length classes.
